Cortlex is an international IT company with headquarters in Vilnius. We provide outsourcing services for clients from Europe and the USA. Our core technologies are. NET, JS, PHP, and Java, usually with full-stack experience. We develop comprehensive enterprise-level solutions and advanced web applications in numerous areas, such as Healthcare, Social Networks, E-learning, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, Finance, Travel, etc. We deliver high-quality software solutions with orientation on customers satisfaction, stability, and speed. Our innovative ideas in development will eventually become autonomous Cortlex products, and we are taking concrete steps to achieve this goal.

We are currently looking for a country manager to work with the BENELUX region.

What you will do :
  • Be the main representative of Cortlex for current and potential clients in the BENELUX region;
  • Lead and develop the sales efforts for software development and data engineering services;
  • Develop and implement sales strategy, and define sales goals and measurements based on overall objectives and priorities;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives across the sales process;
  • Be visible in the role externally and develop leadership-level relationships with our largest customers and partners;
  • Create enthusiasm, and commitment and help develop a powerful sales culture where values are central;
  • Prepare analysis based on data-driven decisions and a wholesome understanding of how to run the business.
What you need:
  • Have proven experience working in the BENELUX market with similar businesses to Cortlex;
  • Have experience working with sales through networking, face-to-face meetings and etc.;
  • Be data-oriented and have experience working with analytics;
  • Have Leadership experience in Sales setup;
  • Be Fluent in English;
  • Be fluent in Dutch or French;
  • Be available for Business Trips.
