NET, JS, PHP, and Java, usually with full-stack experience. We develop comprehensive enterprise-level solutions and advanced web applications in numerous areas, such as Healthcare, Social Networks, E-learning, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, Finance, Travel, etc. We deliver high-quality software solutions with orientation on customers satisfaction, stability, and speed. Our innovative ideas in development will eventually become autonomous Cortlex products, and we are taking concrete steps to achieve this goal.

What you will do :
  • Owning and driving recruitment process for specific position with all the means and creativity possible – your position, your decision on what to do to get it filled;
  • Ensuring quality service to both, candidates, and Hiring Managers;
  • Leading/coordinating feedback and offer processes of the candidates;
  • Participating in the internal TA initiatives to improve efficiency and provide better experiences for everyone;
  • Being company ambassador both internally and externally.
What you need:
  • 1+ years of experience in outsourcing company/recruitment agency;
  • 1+ years of experience in hiring tech specialists;
  • Excellent communication skills (negotiation with HM, candidates, dealing with uncomfortable situations, providing great service, work with objections);
  • Advanced level of English to communicate with international team;
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, be proactive in problem solving;
  • Flexible, open to feedback and improvement;
  • Some experience with European market and an interest in the business side of things would be nice to have.
