Team Coordinator

Cortlex was founded in 2015 by a group of software engineers as a company where they would enjoy working. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Coordinator to join our team.

What about projects? We work with a variety of domains, for example, medicine, logistics, education, E-commerce, IoT. All projects are in English (mainly Western Europe, USA), In Cortlex we become a part of a distributed development team and are involved in the development of our customers’ products. We go on business trips and communicate directly with customers from Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, the USA, the Netherlands, Sweden. We have projects in different domains: medicine, education, IoT, e-commerce, and others. Our core technologies are .NET, JS, PHP, Java, and usually, our software engineers have full-stack experience.

What you will do:
  • Act as front-line contact on all project-related matters;
  • Participate in pre-sales, business analysis activities;
  • Help teams to self-organize;
  • Handling daily activities (sick leaves, absences);
  • Ensure there is a clear understanding of clients expectations around delivery;
  • Report project status for both Cortlex and our client;
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and with quality;
  • Resolve and/or escalates issues, as required;
  • Be ready to business trips.
What you need:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in outsourcing companies;
  • Strong experience in pre-sales activities (discovery phase);
  • Basic knowledge about Agile process and/or completed courses;
  • Combination of exceptional communication skills and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level and higher;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
